Ammonia-Powered Truck

Amogy makes cutting-edge ammonia engine technology. I worked on the temperature monitoring system for their experimental ammonia-powered semi truck - the first ammonia-powered truck ever. This was a really cool project, and even though the work I did was mostly hand-assembly, I still had the opportunity to learn a lot about automative control systems, specifically the CAN bus. I hand-wired hundreds of thermocouples which were connected to the truck's VCU.
